Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally, assist with pre-registration and reservations block as needed.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently and maintain cash handling with checks and cards.
• Maintain working knowledge of Front Office systems and daily hotel transactions.
• Handle reservations, including same-day bookings, cancellations and relocations per procedures.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to apply them to bookings.
