Responsibilities

• Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel.
• Post charges accurately and promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of Front Office transactions and procedures.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card information for charges.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Know hotel rates, discounts, and how to handle each.
• Take same-day reservations quickly and follow cancellation and relocation procedures.
