Job summary

Beacon Premier LLC in Tampa, FL is seeking motivated Team Members for a full-time role in our hospitality team. You will deliver exceptional guest service, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and help maintain a welcoming, organized workspace.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Prior hospitality experience is a plus, but not required; valid driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring areas are presentable at all times.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive guest experience.
• Assist with event planning and setup, ensuring events run smoothly and according to specifications.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
