Job summary

Seven Gables Inn in Clayton, MO is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage registrations, handle payments, and provide knowledgeable local information.

Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, assisting with luggage, and promoting hotel amenities. The role requires strong communication, basic math, and computer skills with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and register with accuracy.
• Accept payment for guests’ accounts and manage the house bank.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Handle check-ins, reservations, and check-outs professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services and local area information.
