Dream South Beach is seeking a Front Office Associate/Front Desk Agent to join the team. You will handle guest registration and communicate hotel services to guests, processing payments and responding to inquiries. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate at a premier Miami property.

This role requires excellent guest service, the ability to work overnight shifts, and comfort standing for long periods. Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus.
