Job summary

Element by Westin, Opelika AL is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage reservations, and support daily hotel operations. You will collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus but not required. You should be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and you must be authorized to work in the United States. Competitive pay and PTO benefits are offered to the right candidate.

• Answer phones, operate hotel software, and handle guest requests.
• Maintain clean, inviting public areas and manage cash, keys, and deposits.
