Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer the phone within three rings.
• Route phone calls throughout the casino.
• Take reservations over the phone accurately, quickly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out of hotel rooms accurately and swiftly.
• Call guests 20 minutes after check-in to offer assistance.
• Distribute room key cards while maintaining guest privacy.
• Prepare breakfast coupons and distribute them per instructions.
• Maintain documentation of registrations, changes, charges, and transactions; complete shift reports.
• Verify and balance cash drawer at end of shift.
• Inspect rooms per Ramada/Company standards.
• Clean front desk counters and area.
• Notify maintenance of needed repairs in lobby, rooms, and common areas.
• Complete learning modules on Wyndham Community as scheduled.
