Job summary

Located at Indigo Raleigh in North Carolina, Sage Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent with prior hotel front desk experience to join our team. You will welcome guests, handle check-in and check-out, and provide accurate information with a courteous, professional demeanor.

You will respond to phone and in-person inquiries, process reservations, manage guest accounts, and assist with guest requests while maintaining cash handling procedures and a positive, guest-ready attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior Front Desk Agent experience in a hotel environment is required.
• Fluent in oral and written English.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in procedures using manual and computerized methods.
• Process guest check-out and close accounts with accurate hotel charges.
• Answer inquiries and process reservations by phone or in person.
• Maintain guest accounts, cash handling, and timely information for guests.
