Job summary

The Elms Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check in, and provide local information at this historic Excelsior Springs property.

You will deliver friendly service, handle guest requests, and support operations across departments. A high school diploma and good communication are required; weekend and holiday shifts are common; compensation begins at $16 per hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging and showing genuine interest.
• Check guests in and register, noting special requests and ensuring accurate information.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
