Job summary

The Elms Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, in Excelsior Springs, MO, is seeking a Spa Attendant to enhance our guest experience. You will greet guests, introduce facilities, and ensure the spa area is clean and well-stocked while assisting guests with services and information.

Qualifications

Possesses or can obtain CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Engaging and welcoming personality.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Frequent bending, pushing/pulling and lifting up to 30 lbs, occasional up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet clients as they enter the Spa.
Provide clients with tours and information about the Facility and its features.
Assist clients with proper equipment usage.
Assist guests with booking treatments, by phone or in person, and record transactions.
Report accidents or injuries to Security.
Monitor spa and fitness areas for cleanliness and safety and provide directions as needed.
