Job summary

Witham Family Hotels in Bar Harbor, ME is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests. This full-time, year-round role places you at the heart of our guest services team.

Under the Front Office leadership, you’ll help ensure a smooth and welcoming stay, with shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some overnight Night Audit shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are required.
• Comfort with computers and reservation systems; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phones and handle reservations and inquiries.
• Process payments and daily auditing tasks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest needs.
