Job summary

APR Islands Management seeks an energetic Team Member to work in a fast-paced casual dining concept, linking the kitchen to guests. You will portion, present and deliver food items to guests promptly while maintaining cleanliness and Qdoba service standards.

We emphasize guest service, teamwork, and adherence to health regulations. The role includes basic food prep, POS operation, and daily operations support to ensure a welcoming environment and consistent guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Portion and present food according to guidelines and presentation standards.
• Manage the serving line by replenishing items and coordinating with cooks and management.
• Take and process orders, including dietary requests, and operate POS systems.
• Interact with guests to answer menu questions and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area and equipment, following health regulations.
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safe serving temperatures.
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed on the station.
• Communicate effectively with cooks, teammates and management during peak hours.
• Store and organize food in assigned containers to prevent spoilage.
• Report equipment issues or low supplies to the manager on duty.
