You will portion, present, and deliver food, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Qdoba service standards while supporting daily operations and a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Portion and present food according to guidelines.
• Manage the serving line and keep it stocked with fresh dishes.
• Take and process orders from customers, including dietary requests, and operate POS systems.
• Interact with guests to answer menu questions, recommend items, and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, counters, utensils, and equipment, following health regulations.
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure safe serving.
• Assist with basic food prep on the station.
• Communicate effectively with cook, teammates and management to ensure smooth service flow.
• Store and organize food in assigned containers to prevent spoilage.
• Report equipment issues or low supplies to manager on duty to help maintain inventory.

Responsibilities

• Portion and present food according to Qdoba portion control guidelines and presentation standards
• Manage the serving line by replenishing food items, coordinating with cook and management staff to keep the line stocked with fresh dishes
• Take and process orders from customers, including special dietary requests, and operate POS systems for payment
• Interact with guests to answer menu questions, recommend items, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of the serving area, counters, utensils, and equipment, following health and safety regulations
• Monitor food temperatures to ensure hot and cold items are served at safe temperatures within Qdoba and BOH requirements.
• Assist with basic food prep such based on the station working at.
