Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, delivering the friendly, fast service that keeps our stores welcoming.

You’ll prepare breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages and pizzas, operate the cash register, and help keep shelves stocked and stores clean and safe. This role offers inclusive benefits and a clear path to grow with our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met both quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and more.
