Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers, delivering friendly, fast, and courteous service that reflects our brand.

You will prepare breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, beverages and pizzas, operate the register, manage payments and loyalty tasks, and help keep shelves stocked, clean and safe. Flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items including breakfast items, build-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well-stocked, and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
