Wawa is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers and ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously. As a CSA, you will prepare breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, keep the coffee station clean, and operate the register with fuel and gift cards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, pizzas, and keep the coffee station organized and clean.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification when needed.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following policies and procedures.
• Complete housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
