Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet and serve customers with a friendly, helpful attitude. The role includes preparing breakfast items, made-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, while maintaining a clean and organized coffee station and store environment.

The CSA will handle cash register operations, payments, fuel and gift card activations, and age-restricted product verification. A strong team player with great communication skills is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet their needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, fresh, and inviting.
• Keep stores clean and safe by following policies and procedures.
• Complete store housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
