Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Preferred: prior experience in food service and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Engagement: greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist with inquiries.
• Point of Sale & Transactions: operate register, handle payments, and manage fuel/gift card services.
• Food & Beverage Service: prepare made-to-order items per recipe and maintain quality.
• Merchandising & Stocking: restock, check expirations, and maintain organized shelves.
• Store Cleanliness & Safety: clean, sanitize, and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Additional responsibilities: follow SOPs and uphold Royal Farms standards.
