Job summary

Royal Farms in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership by executing tasks across food service, POS transactions, and store upkeep. You will greet customers, handle purchases, prepare made-to-order items, stock shelves, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Flexible shifts, weekend availability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to learn and follow all Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Prior experience in food service and/or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers, uphold high service standards, anticipate customer needs, and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Operate the register, scan and bag items, manage payment methods, and activate fuel cards.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages with accuracy and speed, following recipes.
• Restock products, check expiration codes, and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Follow safety procedures and SOPs to ensure a safe shopping experience.
