Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas Bus Runner role supports both front of house and back of house in a fast-paced dining environment, ensuring smooth service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, delivering food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, restocking supplies, and upholding resort standards. Six months of food service experience and 21+ age required; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Polished appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses (Alcohol Awareness Card, Food Handler Card).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and welcome them.
• Maintain table cleanliness by clearing finished courses and replenishing cutlery.
• Assist in delivery of food and beverages to support servers and fountain workers.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
• Restock supplies and prepare venue table settings.
• Deliver beverages, including alcoholic options, to guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized work area.
• Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets/venues as needed.
• Adhere to Resorts World core values and standards.
• Use personal device for job-related tasks and review company documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
