Qualifications

• Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays weighing approximately 40 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Utilize computer system for placing orders and processing payments.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Receive and process orders via computer system.
• Retrieve prepared orders from kitchen and deliver to guests.
• Carry and balance trays or push cart of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room areas.
• Present checks and collect payments or deliver to cashier.
