Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage attendant to serve guests, greet with courtesy, and process orders using a guest check system in a casino dining environment. The role requires standing, walking, and the ability to lift trays up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

Six months of food and beverage service experience preferred.
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
Must lift/carry trays weighing ~40 pounds.
Must use computer system to place orders and process payments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
Must obtain/maintain licenses/certifications.

Responsabilités

Receive and serve food and beverage orders from guests using a computerized guest check system.
Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and communicate effectively.
Process orders and retrieve prepared items from the kitchen, delivering to guests.
Carry and balance trays or push carts through dining areas.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and present checks to guests.
Collect payments and/or hand off to the cashier.
