Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of experience as a busser or food runner in food & beverage preferred.
• Must be able to carry three entree plates at once over long distances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from kitchen to guests promptly.
• Coordinate between servers and culinary team.
• Read tickets to ensure order accuracy and seating details.
• Monitor guest dining experience and address needs promptly.
• Assist with clearing tables and supporting bussers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
