Job summary

IMGR&C is seeking a server/food runner to provide excellent table service and assist in delivering food from kitchen to guests efficiently and accurately. This on-site role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and prompt responses to guest needs.

The position requires high school diploma or GED, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will greet guests, take orders, run food, maintain clean service areas, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Run food from the kitchen to tables with attention to detail and timing.
• Communicate clearly with back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, issues, or questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and runner stations.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Help reset tables and ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Other duties as assigned.
