Compensation

• Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Estimated Total Earnings: $23.00–$35.00 per hour, including tips, based on performance and business volume.

• Provide attentive, personalized food and beverage service throughout the dining experience.
• Present menu offerings, make thoughtful recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverage selections.
• Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate with culinary staff to ensure timely service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness, and service standards throughout the dining areas.
• Anticipate guest needs, including beverage refills, additional requests, and special accommodations.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and discretion, involving management when appropriate.
• Process guest payments accurately and maintain accountability for transactions.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in upscale dining, resorts, golf clubs, or country clubs is a plus.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
