Job summary

El Pollo Loco is seeking a Service Team Member in Clovis, CA. You greet guests, assemble orders, and help prep fire-grilled favorites while keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. You’ll handle cash and payments, support teammates, and contribute to fast, friendly service during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
