El Pollo Loco is hiring a Service Team Member to greet guests, assemble orders, and help prep our fire-grilled favorites. You’ll be the spark behind the scenes delivering friendly service and fresh, craveable meals.

No overnight hours, flexible schedules, and perks like employee discounts and growth opportunities. Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with restaurant team members and management to achieve operational goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold company standards.
• Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer expectations and satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing food items in strict compliance with company recipes and procedures. May include, but not limited to, the preparation/assembly of various menu items, shredding chicken, preparing salsa/dressing, and condiment packing.
• Process and assemble customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Use suggestive selling to complete the customer experience and increase sales.
