Job summary

Buckle is hiring at Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis to join as Leader in Training and Floor Leader on a part-time basis. You will support store leadership, drive sales, coach teammates, and ensure guests receive memorable service.

Responsibilities include merchandising, guest engagement, and adherence to Buckle’s standards while working on-site in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Part-time availability including weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Sell and assist Guests to create a positive shopping experience.
• Provide legendary service in-store and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and stock organization.
• Support Store Manager and Leadership Team with training and coaching of Teammates.
• Assist in recruiting and developing new Teammates and promoting Buckle standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store in alignment with Buckle policies.
