Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort invites a personable server to join our Restaurant team. You will greet guests, take food and beverage orders, deliver items, and ensure accurate guest transactions with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, upselling specials, and answering guest questions about menus and services while adhering to health and safety standards in a fast-paced casino dining environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Food and Beverage experience and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver guest orders for food and drinks in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Handle cash and accurately process guest payments and tips.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, stations, and service areas.
• Operate POS system and ensure accurate order entries and check accuracy.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards per policies and procedures.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions about menus and services.
