Virgin Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Outlet Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role emphasizes on-floor presence during morning and lunch service, staff development, and cross‑department coordination to exceed dining expectations.

You will train, supervise, and guide teammates, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to Virgin Hotels standards.

Qualifications

• Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
• 2-5 years’ experience in a full service restaurant, fine dining or lounge in hotels.
• Food Service Handler Card and TABC Certification.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Train and develop a team to maintain high service standards.
• Lead on-floor during morning and lunch service to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front desk on guest needs and reservations.
• Oversee scheduling, shift coverage and labor costs.
• Monitor inventory, P&L basics, and waste control.
• Ensure Virgin Hotels standards and policies are followed.
• Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues.
