Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand standards for quality, food preparation, presentation, safety and timeliness.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff during peak times.
• Provide hospitable service and engage guests with product knowledge.
• Set up expeditor station at shift start and maintain at shift end.
• Assist guests with menu items and beer selections and recommendations.
• Observe guest satisfaction and relay requests to staff.
• Performs side work and replenishes expeditor stock.
• Demonstrate leadership and teamwork with staff.
