P.F. Chang's in Dayton, OH is hiring immediate Expeditor or Expo roles for full-time and part-time hours. You will help deliver craveable food for dine-in and takeout guests, manage ticket times, and coordinate with managers to exceed guest expectations. Training is provided, with potential for advancement and employee discounts.

Applicants must be 18+, have or obtain a Food Handler's Card where applicable, and show strong customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, able to lift up to 30 lbs. and continuously bend, reach and twist.

Responsabilités

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations
• Send accurate orders to tables
• Ensure restroom checks are completed
