Job summary

P.F. Chang’s in Ohio is hiring Expeditor or Expo to support both takeout and dine-in service. Immediate openings for full-time and part-time roles.

An Expeditor/Expo ensures craveable food for every Guest by coordinating tickets and sending accurate orders, while maintaining service standards. Candidates should be 18+, with restaurant experience preferred, and able to work various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Ability to learn and conduct side work required for each shift.
• Knowledge of all chemicals used in the building.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to Employees, dining room staff, Management and Guests.
• Understanding of English language.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket times to ensure food is being delivered fresh and within ticket time standards.
• Coordinate table visits with a manager when necessary to exceed Guest expectations.
• Send accurate orders to tables.
• Ensure restroom checks are completed.
