• Greet all guests in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Take guest food and beverage orders and describe menu items.

• Clear, clean, and reset tables; maintain cleanliness of pool/restaurant areas.
• Verify guest IDs, ensure legal drinking age, and refuse service to minors or intoxicated persons.
• Operate cash register/POS; handle cash and card payments per policy.
• Assist guests and resolve issues with courtesy and efficiency.
• Follow safety policies; report hazards and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Maintain service pace and assist other stations as needed.
• Knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and flavor profiles.
