• Experience managing retail operations and budgets.
• Ability to lead part-time staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Supports the daily operations of Union Station guest services and The Corner retail store.
• Provides exceptional customer service to guests, tenants, community partners, and event organizers.
• Coordinates facility reservations, event bookings, rental agreements, inquiries, and payments.
• Maintains welcoming, organized, safe, and professional public spaces.
• Oversees retail operations including merchandise, ticket sales, concessions, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Assists with training, scheduling, coaching, and oversight of part-time staff and volunteers.
