Job summary

The Momentary in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Production Manager to support Crystal Bridges and The Momentary's performing arts events. This hands-on role requires coordinating a wide range of productions, managing budgets, scheduling labor, and serving as the day-of-show point of contact with artists, crews, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have a background in production technology or related fields and are willing to work nights and weekends, with strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• BA in Music, Theater, or Production Technology preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Production Department's point-of-contact for all internal and external events at Crystal Bridges and The Momentary.
• Develop and manage the department’s annual budget and ensure adherence to financial plans.
• Work with programmers and agents to redline and approve production requirements for touring acts.
• Oversee advancing of production needs for internal and external programs and events.
• Maintain the Momentary Production Calendar and related institutional systems.
• Serve as day-of-show contact for artists, crews, and vendors; coordinate with internal teams.
