Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Full Time Educator on a 6-Month Contract for Woodburn Premium Outlet. You will deliver world-class customer service, share product education, and connect with guests about our community and culture.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will engage guests on the shop floor, manage transactions, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional store experience while upholding our inclusive values

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock from inventory when needed.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experience.
