Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our retail stores. You will educate guests on top‑quality performance apparel and connect with them to understand needs, explaining product value and benefits.

You’ll be on the sales floor building relationships, guiding purchases, restocking, and maintaining a premium store ambiance while upholding safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the US location of the store.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Ability to travel to assigned store as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to make it right.
• Perform product presentation tasks and restock as needed to maintain the floor.
