Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our New York store. You will share top-quality product education, connect with guests, and embody the brand’s community-focused values in every interaction.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, the ability to move around the floor, and a collaborative spirit. You will uphold safety standards and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests' time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make improvements.
