The role emphasizes authentic guest relationships, adaptability to shift with evenings, weekends, and holidays, and collaboration with store leadership to continually improve the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Experience creating world-class guest experiences in retail environments.
• Ability to engage guests and provide product education with authenticity.
• Willingness to move through store floor to assist guests and maintain luxury environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs per company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
