Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Westminster, CO store. You will educate customers on product benefits, assist with purchases and returns, and keep the floor looking pristine to reflect our luxury environment.

You will work with a diverse team, move around the floor to engage guests, participate in omnichannel programs, and support store operations while upholding our inclusive, energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have Right to Work documentation (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take appropriate action.
