Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service, share product knowledge, and communicate our community culture in-store. Educators engage with guests, provide solutions, and represent our brand through authentic interactions.

Responsibilities include assisting with transactions, leveraging omnichannel options, and collaborating with store leadership to ensure a remarkable guest experience while upholding our values of inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation and comply with local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value their time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (e.g., BOPIS, phone sales, ship-from-store).
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to resolve issues.
