Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our Estero store. You’ll educate guests on products, assist with purchases and returns, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will move on the floor, collaborate with teammates, and uphold store standards while embracing our emphasis on people and community. Flexible schedule and ability to lift 30 lbs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and assist with purchases and returns.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
• Maintain store standards and safety, including cleaning and safety procedures.
