lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our Boston store. You will engage guests, share top-quality product education, and authentically communicate our community and culture.

The Educator is foundational to creating an exceptional guest experience and supporting store operations. You will move around the floor to connect with guests, handle transactions, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding our values of inclusion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Retail or customer-service experience is a plus
• Ability to move around a store and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing their time
• Provide product education by articulating features and benefits
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) and store operations
