Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

The role emphasizes providing exceptional service and upholding our inclusive, energetic store environment. The Educator will move across the floor, assist with inventory and merchandising tasks, and participate in store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfort with using in-store technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move on the floor to engage guests and support store operations.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to make it right.
