Job summary

lululemon Athletica Inc. is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our retail stores. This role focuses on engaging with guests, sharing top-quality product education, and authentically communicating our community and culture.

Educators will move on the floor to assist guests, process transactions, and support store operations while upholding our inclusive, high-energy environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
