lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences, educate guests on products, and drive store performance. You will engage with guests on the floor, manage transactions, and support omnichannel programs while maintaining a premium store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (EMEA note)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experiences and educate guests on product benefits and usage.
• Engage with guests on the floor, guiding purchases and returns as needed.
• Operate point-of-sale and omnichannel programs accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, luxurious store environment and uphold safety policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent guest service.
