You will move on the floor to engage guests, support store operations, and participate in omnichannel programs while upholding inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and maintain a vibrant store atmosphere.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product education and convey benefits clearly.
• Comfort with store technology and omnichannel programs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Support store operations and execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and a respectful, inclusive environment.
