Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Guest Experience Manager for Chaifetz Arena, St. Louis, to ensure exceptional guest experiences and staff leadership for events. You will recruit, train, and oversee a large part-time team, drive service standards, and partner with security, parking, and first aid to deliver consistent guest satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of supervisory experience, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Based in St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in facility management, management, business admin, or related field.
• 3-5 years supervisory or management experience in customer service or similar field.
• Exemplary customer service with multitasking ability.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage Guest Experience activities for Chaifetz Arena events to ensure top guest experiences.
• Recruit, interview, and hire department staff.
• Develop and implement staff training programs, including public speaking to large audiences.
• Plan and manage workload for all Guest Experience staff.
• Integrate new customer service standards and support department culture.
