CircusTrix, LLC is hiring part-time Crew Members to support park operations across various stations, delivering a safe, engaging guest experience.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with on-site shifts at our Atlanta park. Training and safety certifications are provided.

No formal education is required, and previous hospitality experience is nice but not required; a positive, team-focused attitude is essential.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a safe and positive guest experience at all times.
• Follow and enforce park safety rules and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
• Adapt to changing business demands and station assignments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, accountability, and professionalism during each shift.
• Actively supervise attractions to ensure guest safety.
• Welcome guests and provide directional assistance.
• Support guest flow and traffic management.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and high-touch surfaces.
• Monitor waiver completion and wristband compliance where applicable.
• Lead birthday parties and group events from start to finish.
• Manage event timelines and transitions.
• Deliver structured activities and high-energy guest engagement.
• Coordinate food and room setup.
• Prepare party rooms and materials prior to events.
• Confirm party details and package inclusions.
• Support seamless coordination between departments.
